Thousand times of jumping...
Levitation has become one element of my life...

This project is inspired by a Japanese photographer Natsumi. One years ago, I found it very interesting and inspiring, so I decided to spend a year taking photos of places I would visit and to make my own version.

I self-taught myself the technique and shared it with my friends and parents. Without them, the project probably would not exist. It is an one-year group project.

Levitating has become part of my life. I cannot remember how many times did I jump in the air?

     Probably ten thousand?

Indeed, I become a good jumper, a good observer, and a good actress. In every photos, I tried to come up with different gestures, to add my emotion, and to interact with background.

I also invited my friends to join me. We enjoyed levitating when we were hanging out together. I consider levitation as one of our bonding moments.

I put my photos on my blogs and encourage people who are also interested in photography to document their lives in a fun way. I believe, a good idea needs to go through copy, transform, and combine to achieve its optimum value.

In this project, I want to bring the viewers a different dimension of reality. I want to stir their imagination, to let them think about weightless life, and to encourage people to take up their camera and shoot their own levitating photos.
